– With CAS, you only need to send your grades, recommendation letters, and other needed papers to one place: LSAC. Then, LSAC combines all your documents with your LSAT test score and sends a complete report to all the law schools you’re applying. Most law schools approved by the American Bar Association, and many others, require students applying for a JD degree to use this service.

These programs are mainly for college students or graduates from groups that don’t often get represented in law schools. So, when you study for the LSAT, you’re not just getting ready for the test, you’re also building the key skills you’ll use throughout your law career.
Patent Law Info – Are you in a STEM field and interested in patent law? Your technical background could qualify you to become a patent practitioner with the USPTO. Review the General Requirements Bulletin to see if your degree meets the scientific and technical qualifications needed to represent inventors and help protect groundbreaking innovations.
If you’re a ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ student and want to attend law school, you now have a direct path to DePaul University College of Law through our exclusive partnership agreement.
Program Benefits
Under this partnership, up to five qualified ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ students or alumni annually who meet all eligibility criteria will receive:
Annual scholarship of at least 25% of tuition (minimum $13,429 annually based on current tuition rates)
Three-year scholarship support for full-time JD program
Any undergraduate major eligible
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for admission and scholarship through this partnership, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:
Academic Requirements for Fall 2026 Application Cycle
Cumulative GPA: 3.65 or higher at the time of application
LSAT Score: 153 or higher
Complete bachelor’s degree at ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ before starting classes at DePaul
Required Coursework
Students must complete six credit hours total from the following ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ courses before graduation:
Required Courses (3 credit hours):
PLW 102 Introduction to Legal Research (2 hrs.)
PLW 301 Law Admissions Test Preparation (1 hr.)
Select ONE of the following (3 credit hours):
PLS 307 Classical Political Philosophy (3 hrs.)
PLS 308 Modern Political Philosophy (3 hrs.)
PLS 459 Constitutional Law: Institutional Powers and Constraints (3 hrs.)
PLS 460 Constitutional Law: Civil Rights and Liberties (3 hrs.)
Application Requirements
Submit complete application to DePaul College of Law through LSAC by March 1 of your intended matriculation year
Complete the LSAT by February 1 of your intended matriculation year
Obtain and submit a letter of recommendation from a ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ faculty member
Apply to enter the three-year, full-time JD program beginning in the Fall
Maintaining Your Scholarship
To continue receiving the scholarship for all three years of law school, students must:
Maintain full-time status at DePaul College of Law
Remain in good standing, including meeting GPA requirements

Up to five students per year may be selected for this program
If more than five ÌÇÐÄÆƽâ°æ students meet all eligibility criteria, DePaul will select which students will be admitted under this agreement. Other qualified applicants will be reviewed under DePaul’s standard admission process.
Students must appear capable of satisfactorily completing DePaul’s program of legal education and being admitted to the bar.
All applicants are subject to current DePaul and American Bar Association requirements and related admission policies.
Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee admission to DePaul.
